How to Grow and Care for Pothos

What is a pothos?

This is a picture of a pothos I purchased from Home Depot. The pothos has to be one of the most popular plants in the world. It’s easy to grow and almost impossible to kill. It’s a tropical plant, that can grow up a support or trail down a hanging plant. A pothos can grow real fast … sometimes almost 12 to 18 inches a month. The pothos has a heart shaped leaf. The pothos is known to live 5 to 10 years.

Care: Tolerates low light but thrives in bright indirect. Keep soil evenly moist but not soggy; allow the top inch to dry before watering.

NOTE: Toxic to pets.
